I came to health coaching through my own interest in health and wellness. I've always been drawn to learning about fitness, nutrition, sleep, and the many factors that influence how we feel. During a time when family relationships in my life were especially challenging, I also discovered the value of mindfulness and the powerful role mindset can play in our well-being.
Later, when I encountered health challenges of my own, I learned how important it was to have support that listened—not only to the available information, but also to my experience in my own body and the unique way I responded to different approaches.
Interestingly, health coaching wasn't something I initially considered for myself. It was my family and friends, watching me navigate my own journey, who first suggested it. They saw in me the experience and ability to support others as they navigated their own paths to better health.
When I began my training with the Nutritional Therapy Association, I realized they were right. My experiences had prepared me for this work in ways I hadn't expected, and I discovered a new passion: helping people uncover what works for them and supporting them as they create meaningful, sustainable change in their health and lives.
At the core of my coaching practice lie the fundamental principles that guide transformative health coaching. These foundations create the framework for our work together.

You are the expert on your own life. I’ll help you explore what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and create changes that support your vision for your health and well-being.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to better health. Together, we’ll explore what works for you—your needs, your circumstances, your preferences, and your goals.

Coaching provides a supportive space where you can feel heard, respected, and encouraged. I’ll listen without judgment and meet you with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your experience.

Change isn’t always a straight path. We’ll approach challenges with curiosity rather than judgment, learn from what isn’t working, and build the confidence to keep moving forward.

You can expect a professional coaching relationship built on trust, clear boundaries, confidentiality, and respect for the scope of health and wellness coaching.
My personal experiences led me to pursue professional training through the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Professional Health & Wellness Coaching Program, where I developed skills in behavior change, client-centered coaching, and evidence-based coaching techniques.
My training strengthened something I had already come to believe deeply: meaningful change begins by listening to the individual. I bring professional coaching skills together with curiosity, empathy, and respect for your unique experiences, goals, and vision for your health.
My professional development continues as I work toward becoming a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach.

Wellness is part of my life outside of coaching, too. I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, continuing to learn, volunteering in my community, and—most importantly—spending time with family and friends.
I also know that real life can be busy, unpredictable, and imperfect. For me, wellness isn't about doing everything “right.” It's about finding habits and choices that support the life you want to live—and giving yourself the flexibility to adjust as life changes.
That perspective shapes the way I live, and it shapes the way I coach.
